From October 12th to 14th, the 5th Iron Phosphate and Lithium Iron Phosphate Industry Chain Summit Forum was held at Changsha Meixi Lake·Marriott International Jinmao Luxury Collection Hotel. In the past three days, the industry has once again brought the topic back to the hardest part - after the production capacity is cleared, how can LFP increase the compaction density, reduce the power consumption per ton, and lock the batch consistency.
As a special equipment solution provider, Yifu Intelligent was present at the A5 booth throughout the entire process. Conducted three days of high-density dialogue with material companies, battery cell factories, and scientific research institutes around "high compaction, low energy consumption, and high consistency."

A5 Booth: More real than the flow of people are the process problems brought by customers
During the three days of this forum, Yifu's booth was always in a "high fever" state: old customers came to check the operating data, and new friends brought samples and production line sketches to ask about the matching plan. I also wrote down a few real questions that were asked repeatedly:

① "With the same formula, why are the compaction densities different in different production lines?"
The difference is not only the parameters of the sand mill, but also the system coordination of the separation structure, media gradation, temperature rise control and discharge screen. The narrower the particle size distribution is, the more fault tolerance the subsequent gradation will have.
② "High-pressure solid materials are afraid of over-grinding, how to balance fineness and crystal integrity?"
Yifu LPM series adopts gapless mesh + special centrifugal separation structure, adapted to the working conditions of microbeads below 0.03mm, which can reduce agglomeration and secondary crushing while grinding more finely, helping customers retain "fineness" and "no crystal breakage" at the same time.
③ "The power consumption of the old production line cannot be reduced, so how can we save downtime due to material blocking?"
We solved the same problem for several customers at the site: the unit energy consumption is more than 20% lower than traditional equipment. Never blocking materials is not a slogan, but centrifugal separation + ceramic cavity + online operation and maintenance.

Rather than handing out business cards, we prefer to draw process flow charts in front of the whiteboard -
LFP has reached the fifth-generation competition stage. The sand mill is not an auxiliary equipment, but the key to the precursor's qualification rate.
What Yifu handed over at the LFP track is a set of replicable equipment answers
Facing the stage of lithium iron phosphate moving from "capable production" to "stable mass production and low-cost operation", Yifu Intelligent showed four lines of capabilities on site:

🔹 LPM series vertical nano-ceramic sand mill
1L-1000L/2000L full range coverage, from small laboratory tests to 10,000-ton production lines, scale-up based on the same principle, without relying on "re-adjustment" and relying on "parameter translation".
🔹 Precursor dispersion-grinding-grading-transportation integration
Solve high-frequency pain points such as iron phosphate slurry viscosity changes, metal foreign matter control, and batch D50 drift.
🔹 Never block material + narrow particle size distribution
The gapless screen + special centrifugal separation structure is suitable for high solid content and high viscosity systems, reducing the impact of shutdown and screen cleaning on continuous manufacturing.
🔹 AI intelligent grinding system
The current, temperature, flow rate, and medium are added into a closed loop, allowing the production line supervisor to see "whether this equipment is in optimal working condition today" on the mobile phone.

To summarize the on-site logic in one sentence:
With the same tonnage of lithium iron phosphate, how to configure the production line, how to reduce power consumption, and how to save plugging and downtime - Yifu provides a system solution, not a single machine.
The closing is not the end, but the beginning of production line verification
The Changsha Forum has ended, but the samples left by the customers have not been tested yet, and the process alignment meetings for several 10,000-ton projects are already being scheduled.

An obvious signal we see is:
The LFP industry is redefining "equipment dealers" into "process partners." The front-end crushing, dispersing, and grinding are no longer supporting tasks, but the core process nodes that determine particle size distribution, specific surface area, consistency, and manufacturing cost.
What Yifu wants to do is not to pursue concepts, but to accompany new energy materials through the hardest journey: from pilot data to 10,000-ton yield.
See you next time on the production line
